Casa Oliveto is a very confortable holiday house set in the beautiful Umbrian country side. The house has a private pool and is also surrounded by olive trees that we harvest for olive oil.
The living room is very spacious and light. There is also a family room with a TV. The front terrace is ideally positioned to admire the view of the valley bellow but specially at sunset . All the bedrooms are spacious with high ceilings. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor which make is ideal for that senior guest, further 5 bedrooms are located on the first floor.
The house is just outside the tiny hamlet of San Giovanni del Pantano. This Umbrian spacious luxury farmhouse with a private swimming pool (10 x 4 meters) is surrounded by olive trees and has a commanding view of the valley down below. It can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for friends and families holiday.
All the rooms are spacious with plenty of natural light.
On one side of the house, a long terrace, furnished with garden sofas and a terrace extension with tables for meals which looks down to the pool and out to the hills. The other side offers a second shady terrace with a large dining table perfect for summer meals with a gas Weber BBQ.
Inside you’ll find a sitting room, a family room with a working fireplace, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a rustic dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with two fridges.
There is a large ground floor ensuite bedroom, with doors leading to a terrace. Upstairs, there are two additional double bed rooms with en suite bathroom and 3 twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom. The twin beds can be put side by side and make them double.
