Villa Tabbiano is ideal for those who love the countryside and living in an authentic environment.
The house is divided into two independent flats, each with its own entrance, either on the street side or from the common garden. The interiors are well thought out, respecting the rustic tradition and paying attention to aesthetics. The rooms are spacious and bright, and all overlook the countryside.
The two kitchens are both functional and equipped. Outside, it is possible to share moments of conviviality and relaxation. The deckchairs, sunbeds and patio allow you to take full advantage of the garden. The pool is above ground and hexagonal.
An old shed has recently been restored and is now used as a kitchen in the garden.
The whole house, garden and pool are at the exclusive disposal of the guests.
The house is very well situated to visit the beautiful towns and villages of the Marche region such as Macerata, Ancona, Jesi, Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Tolentino, Loreto, Cingoli, Sarnano,... the natural reserves of Monti Sibillini and the Pelligrino waterfalls, the Parco Regionale del Conero and 30 km from the beaches.
Nearby you can go for walks in the open air and in 5 minutes you can reach the village centre (bars, restaurants, supermarkets).
For groups of up to 6 people, the largest flat will be rented. For groups of more than 7 people, the whole house will be rented, with exclusive use of the indoor and outdoor areas. Prices vary according to the units rented. The prices indicated are for the two flats (10 persons).
