Casa Torrone is an ideal reference for families or small groups of friends who wish to spend their holidays in an environment of peace and relaxation. The large garden, completely fenced, offers spaces where you can have a barbecue or a dip in the pool or a simple reading in silence under the wooden patio enjoying the view over the Marche countryside.
The interiors have been completely renovated, being an old farmhouse, we opted for a fresh and modern furniture that does not disdain the basic technological equipment of common use (wifi, smart TV as well as complete and new kitchen equipment).
The sleeping area is located on the first floor, accessible by an external staircase, consisting of 3 comfortable bedrooms with a small kitchen and a large bathroom.
The living area, on the ground floor, consists of a large living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, a bathroom with anteroom and a completely renovated kitchen with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
The house is very well situated to visit the beautiful towns and villages of the Marche region such as Macerata, Ancona, Jesi, Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Tolentino, Loreto, Cingoli, Sarnano,... the natural reserves of Monti Sibillini and the Pelligrino waterfalls, the Parco Regionale del Conero and 35 km from the beaches.
